重建钢板内固定治疗老年患者锁骨骨折24例

目的观察重建钢板内固定治疗老年患者锁骨骨折的效果,以探索锁骨骨折更满意的治疗方法。方法本组24例,合并呼吸系统疾病3例,合并高血压3例,合并糖尿病1例,全部切开复位行重建钢板固定。结果随访8个月~12个月,骨折愈合,无1例骨不连发生。肩关节活动达正常生理活动度23例（95.8%）。结论老年患者锁骨骨折采用重建钢板固定,复位好,固定稳固确切,有利于老年患者早期行肩关节功能锻炼,是一种值得推荐的治疗方法。

Twenty-four cases of the old patients treated by clavicular fracture with reconstruction plate fixation

Objective Through observe the old patients' treatment of clavicular fracture with reconstruction plate fixation,to investigate the most satisfaction treatment method to cure the old patients of clavicular fracture.Methods The group includes 24 cases.3 cases were with respiratory disease.3 cases were with hypertension.1 case was with diabetes.All cases have operation and use reconstruction plate fixation.Results Followed up 8~12 months,the fracture heal and had no a bone not to connect. The shoulder joint activity of 19 cases reach a normal physiological movable.Conclusion The old patients of clavicular fracture could use reconstruction plate fixation. The diaplasis was well, fixing firmly and accurately. It was advantageous that the old patient could take function exercise of shoulder joint in early days. It was worthy of being recommend treatment.
