肱骨干骨折内固定治疗的研究进展

对于肱骨干骨折,尤其是合并有神经损伤的肱骨干骨折,多数学者主张采用切开复位内固定的治疗方法。钢板螺钉内固定是近年来临床肱骨干骨折内固定治疗的金标准,但目前肱骨干骨折的钢板内固定治疗方法仍存在不少缺陷,如术区切口较大、常需要剥离三角肌、引起医源性桡神经损伤等。现对肱骨干骨折内固定治疗研究进展予以综述,对以后的进一步发展进行展望。

Progress in Study of Internal Fixation Treatment of Humeral Shaft Fracture

For humeral shaft fractures,especially the cases accompanied with nerve injury,many scholars advocate the use of open reduction and internal fixation treatment.Steel plate screw internal fixation is the gold standard of humeral shaft fracture fixation treatment in clinic in recent years,but at present it still has many defects,such as larger postoperative incision,frequent need to peel the deltoid,and causing iatrogenic radial nerve injury.Here is to make a review on the progress of internal fixation treatment of humeral shaft fracture,and the development prospects.
