珍氯片与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症的比较

目的：比较珍氯片与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法：２００例精神分裂症病人分２组，珍氯片组１００例，服珍氯片８～１７片·ｄ~(-1)，氯丙嗪组１００例，服氯丙嗪２００～５００mg·d~(-1)，小剂量开始，逐步递增，均用６wk。结果：珍氯片组显效率１１％，总有效率７５％，氯丙嗪组为 １３％和８３％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。心动过速、便秘、口干等不良反应珍氯片组发生率低于氯丙嗪组（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０５）。珍氯片组血药浓度 ２， ６ wk 时为 １２２７ ｎｍｏｌ·Ｌ~(-1)± ５７１ｎｍｏｌ． Ｌ~(-1)， １４６７ nmolＬ± ５８０ ｎｍｏｌ． Ｌ~(-1)，氯丙嗪组为 １６０７ ｎｍｏｌ．Ｌ~(-1)± ６２８ ｎｍｏｌ．Ｌ~(－1)， １９８７ ｎｍｏｌ．Ｌ~(－1)± １０１０ ｎｍｏｌ·Ｌ~(-1)（均 Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：珍氯片治疗精神分裂症疗效与氯丙嗪相似，但剂量小，不良反应少。

Chlorpromazine-pearl tablet vs chlorpromazine in treating schizophrenia

AIM: To compare the effects and adverse reactions of chlorpromazine-pearl tablet vs chlorprormazine in treating schizophrenia. METHODS: Two hundred patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups: group A 100 patients took chlorpromazine-pearl tablet, 8～17 tablets· d~(-l); group B 100 patients took chlorpromazine 200～ 500 mg· d~(-1). Each group started with lower dose and continuously treated for 6 wk. RESULTS: The marked effective rate and total effective rate were respectively 11% and 75% in group A, there were 13% and 83% in group B(P >0. 05). The incidence of tachycardia, constipation, mouth drying, etc in group A was lower than that in group B (P < 0. 05). The blood concentration of chlorpromazine was respectively 1227 nmol· L~(-1)± 571 nmol ·L~(-1) and 1467 nmol· L~(-1)± 580 nlnol· L~(-1) in the 2, 6 wk in group A; 1607 nmol. L~(l) ± 628 nmol· L~（1） and 1987 nmol·L~(l) ± 1010 nmol.L~(-1) were in group B (P < 0. 01 ). CONCLUSION: Chlorpromazine- pearl tablet has similar effect to chlorpromazine, but its dose is lower and adverse reactions are less.
