脑电功率谱分析和双波谱分析技术在麻醉深度监测中的研究

摘    要:脑电率谱分析和双波谱分析技术是近年发展起来的脑电图定量分析方法,其中以边缘频率SEF和双谱指数BIS两个参数最为重要,镇静催眠,镇痛药,吸入麻醉药都会使脑电SEF,BIS发生变化,以此作为麻醉深度监测指标成为可能。

Abstract:The technique of electroencephalogram power spectrum and bispectral electroencephalogram analysis is the new method of quantitive electroencephalography.The spectral edgl frequency and bispeotral index are the most important parameter.The spectral edgl frequency and bispectral index of electroence phalography may be affected by sedation/hypnosis and inhalation of anaesthetic.So the technique can be used in monitoring the depth of anesthesia.
