| 摘 要： | 目的:总结近年来我院SSRO手术的特点和临床经验,以作临床参考.方法:对2000年1月至2006年11月在我院口腔颌面外科接受SSRO手术的85例病例的类型与手术方式(包括内固定与截骨方式)进行介绍总结,分析SSRO治疗颌骨畸形的效果与并发症.结果:所有患者均获得满意疗效.并发症发生率为8.2%.结论:SSRO适用于多种类型的牙颌面畸形,能够满足下颌骨后退、前移和旋转的要求,改进的SSRO术式是矫治牙颌面畸形的一种成熟有效的术式.

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the characteristic and clinical experience of SSRO operation(Sagittal split Ramus Osteotomy) in our hospital in recent years,in order to provide reference for the clinic treatment.Methods: The deformity type and operation characteristics(including Inter-fixation and Osteotomy) of 85 cases accepted SSRO in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of our hospital since 2000 were studied retrospectively,and the result and complication were analyzed.Results: All patients obtained satisfied results.The incidence of complications was 8.2%.Conclusion: SSRO is applicable in the treatment of many types of dento-maxillofacial deformities by obtaining the setting back,advance and rotation of the mandible,and the modified SSRO is a mature and applicable surgery for the treatment of dento-maxillofacial deformities. |
