| 摘 要： | 目的 通过研究人外周血清血浆对小鼠红系造血祖细胞集落形成的影响 ,补充完善小鼠红系造血祖细胞体外培养的方法研究。方法 :采用细胞培养的方法以红系集落形成单位 (CFU—E) ,暴裂样集落形成单位 (BFU—E)为指标 ,探讨红系造血祖细胞体外培养的影响因素。结果和结论 :( 1 )正常生理浓度的ED TA、Ca、血清对红系造血祖细胞集落形成没有明显作用。 ( 2 )外周血血浆及纤维蛋白原 (Fibrinogen ,Fib)能降低红系造血祖细胞集落形成。
