| 摘 要： | 目的缩短扩张疗程、减少并发症,提高扩张效果。方法自1996年以来,选择中小范围的皮肤软组织缺损,通过改变注水时间及注水量,进行了38例96h 快速皮肤软组织扩张术。结果所有皮肤软组织缺损均获得满意修复,随访半年,手术切口痕迹纤细。结论 96h 快速皮肤软组织扩张术,简单安全、经济方便、快速可靠;本术式已趋成熟,易于推广,是一种较理想的快速扩张术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To reduce expansion course,diminish complications and improve expanding effect in skin tissue expander treatment.Methods We have chosen 38 cases of skin tissue defects of small and moderate areas,on which we have carried out 96 hours' rapid skin tissue expanding technique by alter- ing the time and the amount of saline injected.Results All skin tissue defects have been successfully re- paired.Half a year later,the incisions were inconspicuous.Conclusion 96 hours' rapid skin tissue expand- ing technique has the following advantages,it is simple and safe,economic and convenient,rapid and reli- able.This technique tends to be mature.What is more,it is easy to be popularized.We regard it as an ideal rapid expansion technique. |
