摘    要: 目的建立一种简便、快速、准确的分光,测定脑脊液蛋白.方法在非离子去垢剂Brij-35存在下,用伊红Y溶液作显色剂与蛋白质结合呈色.结果颜色复合物的最大吸收峰为540 nm,呈色时间10 min,显色稳定,可达2 h,线性范围可达1 000 mg/L,回收率平均值为97.4%,精密度良好,批内精度CV%为0.92%~3.35%,批间精度CV%为1.37%~3.26%.结论该法与磺基水杨酸-硫酸钠比浊法相比要简便、快速,且所需样本量小,不需特殊试剂和仪器,适宜临床常规测定.

Abstract:Objective To develop a simple, rapid, and accurate method for determination of protein in cerebrospinal fluid by spectropho-tometry.Methods Protein was determined directly using esoin Y solution as developer,at the presence of nonion detergent,Brij35.Results The maximum absorption peak of the color complex was at 540 nm after 10 min of development.The color of protein dye complex stable up to 2 hours.The linearity of assay was up to 1 000 mg/L.The recovery rate was 97.4% .The method showed an excellent precision.The within-run CV% was0.92%-3.35%,and the between- run CV% was 1.37% - 3.26% .Conlusions The method is simple,rapid and requiring small sample.It does not require special reagent and instrument,and is suitable for routine use.
