锰和锡矿尘对机体T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

检测了５８名锰作业工人和１００名锡矿暴露人群Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的变化，并与３２名非接触健康人作比较。结果表明：（１）锰接触组和细胞百分率均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）。细胞百分率明显增高（Ｐ＜０．００１）比值明显下降（Ｐ＜０．００１）．（２）锡矿尘暴露组细胞百分率随暴露时间的延长而依次降低，且暴露组间差别显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）；工龄≥１０年和≥２０年组细胞百分率明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）．提示长期接触高浓度锰或暴露于锡矿尘环境中可对机体的细胞免疫产生抑制作用。Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群分析可作为锰作业工人和锡矿尘暴露人群健康损害的早期敏感指标。

Effect of Manganese and Tin Mine Dust onthe FrequenciES of T-lymphocyte Subsets

The frequancies of T-lymphocytesubsets of 58 workers exposed to manganese,100people exposed to tin mine dust and 32 non-exposedpeople were determined.The results were as follows:(1)the percentage of CD3,CD4 peitive cells ofworkers expsed to manganese was significantly low(P<0.001),the percentage of CD8 positive cells wassignificantly high(P<0.001),the ratio of was much lower than that of control group(P<0.001);(2)at exposed groups of tin mine dust,theporcen tage of CD3 positive cells successively reducedwith extention of exposed time and there are signifi-cant differences(P<0.05);the perceantages of CD4positive cells at exposed groups for>10 years and>20 years were signiflcantly lower(P<0.001).Theresults indicated that the cellular immune system ofthe people exposed to manganese or tin mine dust fora long time was inhibited.Analysls of T-lymphocytesubsets is considered as a early sensitive index ofhealthy damage of people exposed to manganese andtinmine dust.
