改良"隧道式"食管胃吻合术的临床研究

对143例贲门癌和5例食管下段癌累及贲门的病例采用改良“隧道式”食管胃吻合法，效果满意，术后无1例早期死亡和吻合口瘘，吻合口狭窄和反流性食管炎各1例。术后通过了解病人自觉症状、吞钡试验观察、食管镜观察、食管粘膜活检、食管液及胃液pH值测定等方法显示这一吻合方法可以达到预防吻合口瘘、狭窄和反流性食管炎。

Clinical Study on a New Modified "Tunnel" Esophagogastrostomy

143 cases with cardiac and 5 patients with esophageal carcinomas were treated with a new type of modified tunnel esophagogastrostomy. There was no postoperative esophagogastric anastomotic leakage. Stricture of the esophagus and esophagitis secondary to gastroesophageal reflux were found each in one patient. 6 months follow-up from clinical observation, barium esophagography,esophagoscopy and pH value detection of the esophageal mucus showed that this new method can avoid anastomotic leakage and stricture of the esophagus and esophagitis secondary to gastroesophageal reflux. The results indicate that the modified tunnel esophagogastrostomy is a good method in treating cardiac and esophageal carcinomas.
