摘    要:目的 探讨光膀胱容量一定时,腹压大小和尿道膀胱连接部移动度的关系。方法 应用超声尿动力学方法对40例患者进行检查,取光容量一定时,同步记录腹压大小和连接部移动度,并比较两者的关系。结果 对40例患者共120例次的同步测量结果表明,腹压和移动度呈正相关(r=0.61,P=0.0001)。结论 在一定腹压范围内,移动度随着腹压的变化而改变,这为今后移动度测定的标准化提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective This study is to investigate the relationship between the abdominal pressure ( Pab) and the urethrovesical junction mobility (UVJ-M) on the condition that the bladder volume is within certain contain. OMethods By applying the sonographic urodynamics method , we examined 40 patients and simultaneously recorded the abdominal pressure and the mobility of urethrovesical junction , then drew out the relationship between the two parameters. Results Through 120 times of examinations in 40 patients ,we found out that the abdominal pressure correlated to the urethrovesical junction mobility significantly ( r = 0. 61 , P = 0. 0001) . Conclusion If the abdominal pressure changed within certain values ,the mobility of urethrovesical junction changed accordingly ,which provided evidence for the standardised measurement of the mobility of urethrovesical junction.
