| 摘 要： | 目的建立冠心苏合胶囊中肉桂酸含量的测定方法。方法固定相：Waters Sunfire C18柱（4.6mm×150 mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-1%醋酸（梯度,80∶20→50∶50;等度,75∶25）,流速1.0 mL.min^-1,检测波长278 nm,内加法测定。样品采用微波和超声两种处理方法并进行比较。结果平均加样回收率为94.48%,RSD=1.2%（n=5）,线性范围5-1 500μg.mL^-1,r=0.999 7。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,适合于测定苏合香类药物中肉桂酸含量并作为该药质量控制指标。

| Abstract: | Objective A RP-HPLC method was developed for the determination of Cinnamic acid in Guanxinshuhe capsules.Methods C18 analytic column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was used with methanol-acetic acid as mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength was at 278 nm.The internal addition standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results Cinnamic acid had the linear range of 5～1 500 μg·mL-1(r = 0.999 7)and the average recovery was 94.48%(RSD =1.2%).Conclusion The method is reliable and accurate.It can be used to control the quality of Guanxinshuhe capsules. |
