尖锐湿疣患者外周血树突细胞亚群的检测

目的 检测尖锐湿疣患者外周血树突细胞(DC)亚群并探讨其意义。方法 采用免疫荧光三标记流式细胞仪检测25例尖锐湿疣患者外周血DC亚群(DC1/CD11c⁺和DC2/CD123⁺),并以26例正常人作为对照。结果 尖锐湿疣患者外周血CD123⁺DC百分数为(0.63±0.34)%比对照组(0.41±0.17)%明显增高(P<0.01)。长病程组及复发患者CD123⁺DC增高明显(均为P<0.01),而短病程组及初发患者则无明显改变(均为P>0.05)。尖锐湿疣患者组CD11c⁺DC百分数(1.40%±0.44%)与对照组(1.57%±0.78%)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 尖锐湿疣患者外周血DC2亚群占优势,导致向Th2样免疫反应偏移,此可能与尖锐湿疣的复发和病程的长短有关。

Peripheral Blood Dendritic Cell Subsets in Patients with Condyloma Acuminata

Objective To determine the peripheral blood dendritic cell (DC) subsets in patients with condyloma acuminata (CA) and its significance. Methods The CD11c⁺ peripheral blood DC (DC1) and CD123⁺ DC(DC2) subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry with three-color immunofluorescent staining in 25 patients with CA and 26 healthy controls. Results The proportion of CD123⁺ peripheral blood DCs was significantly increased in patients with CA[(0.63±0.34)%]in comparison with that in healthy controls [(0.41±0.17)%](P<0.01). It was further found that CD123⁺ DCs were increased markedly in the patients with long-course of disease [(0.83±0.42)%](P<0.01) and recurrent groups [(0.74±0.36)%](P<0.01) respectively, in comparison with patients with short-course of disease [(0.50±0.20)%] and first attack [(0.47±0.24)%](P<0.05). There was no significant difference of CD11c⁺ DC proportions between patients [(1.40±0.44)%]and the controls[(1.57±0.78)%](P>0.05). Conclusions The predominance of CD123⁺ DCs in peripheral blood of CA may favor Th2-dominated immunity, which may be related to recurrence and course of the disease.
