微小染色体维持蛋白2在肿瘤中的研究现状

微小染色体维持蛋白(MCMp)在DNA复制起始和延伸过程中起着重要作用,是比较理想的细胞增殖标志物。MCM2是该家族中的一员,表达于人类多种肿瘤组织中。由于肿瘤细胞具有无限增殖、自主性生长的特点,所以MCM2可以标记肿瘤细胞所处的状态,并且在增殖发育异常和突变的细胞中,MCM2蛋白的检测意义重大,有可能成为多种恶性肿瘤早期筛查、诊断及预后评估的有效标志。
