职业经理人与政府官员的人格对比分析

摘    要:
目的了解职业经理人和政府官员的群体人格特征以及二者的人格差异。方法采用卡特尔16PF进行调查研究。结果政府官员与职业经理人在聪慧性、兴奋性、敢为性和敏感性方面存在显著差异,政府官员在聪慧性因素方面比职业经理人高;但职业经理人在兴奋性、敢为性和敏感性方面比政府官员高。结论相对而言。政府官员具有聪慧务实的人格特征;而职业经理人则具有活泼外向、冒险敢为、敏感等人格特征。

Abstract:
Objective To study the personality of career managers and public official. Methods Using Cartel-16PF to evaluate. Results There was significant difference in B, F, H and I, Public officials are higher than career managers in B, while lower in F, H and I. Conclusion Public official are reasoning and realistic, while career managers are liveliness, Socia boldness and sensitivity.
