番茄红素对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑制作用研究

摘    要:目的研究番茄红素的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法通过S180肉瘤移植建立荷瘤小鼠模型,给予不同剂量番茄红素后观察S180荷瘤小鼠瘤重、脏器指数、带瘤生存天数、脾淋巴细胞增殖活力及自然细胞杀伤活性(NK活性)。结果番茄红素能明显抑制肿瘤生长,平均瘤重低于肿瘤模型组,且能延长荷瘤小鼠生存天数;可提高荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖活力,增强NK活性。结论番茄红素具有较强的抗肿瘤效应,有很好的应用前景,应对其进行深入研究。

Abstract:Objective To study the inhibitory effect of lycopene on transplantation tumors and the effect on immune function in mice.Methods Mouse S_ 180 tumor model was created and different dosage of lycopene was given by oral.The tumor weight,thymus index,spleen index,survival days,NK activity and lymphocytes transforming rates of S_ 180 mice were detected.Results Compared with the model group mice,lycopene could effectively inhibit the tumor growth,prolong the survival days.Lycopene could significantly improve the NK activity and lymphocytes transforming rates.Conclusions Lycopene has strong inhibiting effects on tumors.
