柔肝熄风法治疗三叉神经痛探讨

三叉神经痛是临床常见病、难治病,属中医面痛、面风范畴。发作性面部疼痛是其特异性症状,因而可作为中医辨病治疗三叉神经痛的主要依据。三叉神经的分布与足厥阴肝经的循行部位密切相关,其病位当责之于肝,病机以肝风内动为主,故应以柔肝熄风法为主要治法。临床实践表明,采用柔肝熄风法辨病治疗三叉神经痛疗效较好。

Trigeminal neuralgia is a kind of common disease and difficult to treat.It belongs to prosopodynia or facio-wind in TCM.Paroxysmal facial pain is its specific symptoms,which can be identified as the main basis for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia disease in Chinese medicine.The distribution of the trigeminal nerve is closely related to the circulation line parts of Foot Jue-yin Liver Meridian.Liver is responsible for the disease position,and the pathogenesis is mainly endogenous liver wind stirring.So the main treatment method should be to make liver amiable to stop endogenous wind.Clinical practice shows that the method of making liver amiable to stop endogenous wind has better effect on trigeminal neuralgia.
