| 摘 要： | 对４８例产妇血清及乳汁中的锌水平进行相关关系的研究，结果显示乳汁锌含量约为血清的１３倍，二者间呈正相关关系（ｒ＝０．３３７，Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示乳汁锌水平受血锌的影响，提出加强孕期及哺乳期妇女血锌的监测，及时补充足够的锌，以保证胎儿及婴幼儿的正常生长发育。

| Abstract: | Serum zinc and breast milk zinc were measured in 48 breast feeding women.The results showed that the mean values of zinc in serum and breast milk were 8 62±2 16μmol/L and 115 51±44 94μmol/L respectively.Breast milk zinc concentration was abount 13 times higher than serum zinc. Serum zinc was correlated positively with breas milk zinc(r=0 337,P<0 01).These results indicated that breast milk zinc concentration was greatly affected by serum zinc level.Thus it is important to closely monitor the serum zinc status in pregnant and breast feeding women to ensure the growth and development of fetus and infants. |
