| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定调经白带丸中二苯乙烯苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80),检测波长为320nm。结果:二苯乙烯苷的检测浓度在6.5563~419.600μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率为100.40%,RSD=1.47%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于调经白带丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of Stilbene glycoside in Tiaojingbaidai pill. METHODS： Kromasil C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） was used as chromatographic column, and mobile phrase was acetonitrile- water（20 ： 80） with a detection wavelength of 320 nm. RESULTS： There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 6.556 3μg · mL^-1-419.600μg · mL^-1 of Stilbene glycoside in Tiaojingbaidai pill （r =0.999 7） . The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 100.40% and 1.47% respectively （n = 6）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Tiaojingbaidai pill. |
