摘    要:目的了解和分析四川省城乡护理人力资源配置现状,为四川省制定科学合理的护理人力资源配置方案提供实证依据.方法采用问卷调查对四川省374所县级及其以上医院、333所乡镇卫生院进行调查.结果四川省县级及其以上医院护理人员占卫生技术人员的43.8%;乡镇卫生院护理人员为22.9%,另外,城乡卫生机构护理人员在学历、职称等几个方面之间也存在差异,(P<0.01);县级及其以上医院聘用护士比例为27.0%,明显高于乡镇卫生院17.6%的比例,(P<0.01).结论四川省护理人员配置城乡之间存在较大差距,农村地区护理队伍结构中高学历、高职称护理人才匮乏,直接影响农村地区护理工作质量和专业发展.聘用护士已成为四川省护理队伍的重要组成部分,政府职能部门尽快出台相关管理政策势在必行.

Abstract:Objectives:To find out and analyze the current status of nursing human resources in cities and countryside regions in Sichuan province;to provide evidence for establishing a scientific and reasonable nursing human resource management plan. Method:A survey was done in 374 hospitals which is county class or over and in 333 village or town class clinics in Sichuan province by a questionnaire. Results:The propor-tion of nursing staff in hospitals of county class or over and village or town class clinics was 43.8% and 22.9%,respectively. There were differences between these two kinds of health care institutions in other aspects such as educational background and title of technical post of nursing staff(P<0.01) . In addition,the proportion of nursing staff in hospitals of county class or over(27.0%) was significantly higher than was that of village or town class clinics(17.6%) (P<0.01) . Conclusion:There are great differences in nursing human resource arrangement between cities and countryside regions in Sichuan province. There are little nurses with high educational background and high technical post titles in countryside regions,influencing the quality of nursing services and specialty develop-ment of nursing in these regions. Contract nurses have become the main part of nursing staff in Sichuan province. The corresponding management strategies should be estab-lished as soon as possible by the government.
