| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤中PTEN与CyclinD1的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测20例正常卵巢组织、15例卵巢良性肿瘤、40例上皮性卵巢癌中PTEN和CyclinD1的表达。结果:PTEN在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤、上皮性卵巢癌中的表达率呈逐渐下降的趋势(P<0.05);PTEN的表达与分化、FIGO分期有关;正常卵巢组织和良性肿瘤中CyclinD1蛋白呈低表达水平,但在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达率和强度明显增加,CyclinD1的表达与分化、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关;二者表达成负相关(P<0.01)。结论:PTEN的表达缺失与CyclinD1蛋白表达增强在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展过程中起到重要作用。
