| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑病患儿IL-6和IL-18动态检测的临床意义。方法:选择诸暨市妇幼保健院新生儿科收治的缺氧缺血性脑病患儿48例作为实验组,同时选择54例同期在该院产科正常分娩的足月新生儿作为对照组,分别于出生后24 h、第3天和第7天取实验组和对照组新生儿的外周静脉血,采用ELISA法进行血清中细胞因子IL-6和IL-18水平的测定,并对新生儿出生24 h内的静脉血进行大脑中动脉的血流动力学参数的检测。对两组新生儿不同时期的IL-6和IL-18水平以及血流动力学参数进行比较分析。结果:与健康正常组新生儿相比,实验组患儿IL-6和IL-18水平在24 h、3天和7天时均明显降低,且实验组患儿脑血流速度参数收缩期峰值流速(PSFV)、舒张期末血流速度(EDFV)、时间平均流速(TMFV)以及搏动指数(PI)均明显减慢,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的IL-6和IL-18具有一定的变异性,因此对新生儿进行IL-6和IL-18水平的检测对缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断及治疗具有十分重要的意义。
