| 摘 要： | 目的采用上颌窦内外提升植骨术扩大种植适应证,并观察其修复使用的成功率。方法通过40例患者55颗上颌窦内外提升植骨术及同期ITI及BLB种植体植入术,术后1、3、6个月检查评测种植体骨结合状况、上颌窦愈合以及戴牙修复后12、3、年的使用情况。结果 54颗种植体无松动、脱落及上颌窦炎症发生,X线检查种植体与骨均形成良好骨结合,术后6个月完成义齿修复。经6-54个月随访观察,临床效果良好,1颗因咬硬物失败。结论掌握适应证和手术技巧,上颌窦内外提升植骨术并同期种植植入术能有效地扩大种植适应证,解决了上颌后牙骨高度不足的问题。
