骨质疏松症与退行性骨关节病相关性实验研究——模型鼠血清碱性磷酸酶与酸性磷酸酶含量测定

摘    要:目的观察各组模型动物体内碱性磷酸酶(ALP)与酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)水平变化,探讨骨质疏松症与退行性骨关节病的相互关系。方法70只初生雌性大白鼠分为4组(正常对照组A、去卵巢组B、双后肢组C、去卵巢双后肢组D)。造模后,于生长的不同阶段取血,用生物试剂盒测定。结果ALP水平在各时间段B、C、D组均显著高于A组,B、C组均显著低于D组;TRAP水平在各时间段B组均显著高于A、C、D组,C组低于A组。结论负重加大可刺激成骨细胞活性,抑制破骨细胞活性,促进骨形成;雌激素减少可同时增强成骨细胞与破骨细胞活性,只是破骨作用的增强要高于成骨的增强,最终表现为骨丢失。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of the level of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and acid phosphatase (TRAP) in various groups of model rats and to explore the relationship between osteoporosis and osteoarthrosis. Methods 70 new born female Wistar rats were divided into four groups:group A (the control),group B (the ovariectomized),group C (the bipedal group by amputation of the forelimbs),and group D (the ovariectomized bipedal group).At different times of postnatal growth,the blood samples were taken out to test the content of serum ALP and TRAP.Results The ALP level of group B, C and D was significantly higher than that of group A,and that of group B and C was significantly lower than that of group D.The TRAP level of group B was significantly higher than that of group A, C and D,and that of group C was lower than that of group A.Conclusion Weight bearing can stimulate the activity of osteoblost and inhibit the activity of osteoclast,so that it can promote the bone formation.The deficiency of estrogen may increase the activity of both osteoblast and osteoclast,but the increase of osteoclast activity is higher than that of osteoblast,so that the final manifestation is the bone loss.
