春华秋实 继往开来——庆祝天津中医药大学50华诞

新中国建国以来中医学在党和国家的关怀、重视下，取得一系列成绩．中医药作为国之瑰宝为中华民族的繁衍昌盛所做出了贡献，同时指出：中医药为原始科学，创新开始，需继承发掘，并整理提高，建国后中医药事业得以振兴和发展，特别是中医药大学教育和谐发展；天津中医药大学50春秋创伟业，培养了上万名轩岐使人，遍布海内外，已成为中医学的栋梁之才，肩负着历史的责任和使命，要继续发扬优良传统和作用，锐意进取深化改革，严谨治学，抓住机遇快速发展，以科学发展观作统领，实现以中医药学科为主，医、理、文、管多科协调发展，在国际上有较高声誉，在国内处于先进水平，对外开放教学，研究型中医药大学，特作此文誌庆。
