| 摘 要： | 目的观察葛根素对酒精中毒后家兔离体小肠平滑肌活动的影响，探讨其解酒机制。方法制备家兔十二指肠离体肠段标本，采用常规离体灌注小肠平滑肌标本活动的实验方法，记录用药前后肠段平滑肌自发收缩性活动变化。结果乙醇使家兔小肠平滑肌收缩活动的幅度、频率明显减小，与乙醇单用相比，葛根素使以上两项指标进一步降低，并呈剂量依赖关系。结论葛根素加强了乙醇对小肠活动的抑制作用，可能并非通过其对小肠作用达到解酒之功效。
