| 摘 要： | 目的报告减少和预防脑室系统感染的新方法。 方法使用封闭式颅压监护脑室外引流装置,以及规范脑室外引流术前、中、后处理程序。 结果与传统脑室外引流方法比较,封闭式颅压监护脑脊液外引流方法感染率为零,传统脑室外引流方法感染率为27.2％,两者有显著差异(P<0.05)。 结论使用封闭式颅压监护脑室外引流装置优于传统脑室外引流,其优势在于方便无菌取样及护理和观察,外引流管不易脱落、折叠,同时规范整个处理程序,明显减少脑室系统感染机会。

| Abstract: | Objective To report a new method of decreasing and preventing ventricle system infection. Methods We adopted occluded ICP monitoring external ventricle drainage,and standardized the procedure before, during and after drainage. Results Comparing occluded ICP monitoring external ventricle drainage with routine occluded ICP external ventricle drainage, the former is superior to the latter. The infection rate for the occluded ICP monitoring external ventricle drainage was 0, compared to the latter (27. 2% , P <0. 05) , which reached statistical significance. Conclusion The occluded ICP monitoring external ventricle drainage is easy to sample, nurse, observe, and to avoid disconnection or fold, mean while standardizing the whole procedure may decreaes the chances of ventricular infection. |
