心内直视术后患者的营养支持

摘    要:通过对21例心内直视术后患者的营养支持观察,表明营养支持对心脏手术的成功和术后患者康复有着极其重要的意义.营养支持应结合术后各阶段、有无并发症分三期进行,各期供给不同的、足量、合理的热能、蛋白质、电解质及液体量.患者经营养支持后,平均7~10天内呈正氮平衡,体重平均增加1.2千克,血浆总蛋白、白/球、血红蛋白(P值分别为<0.01,0.01和0.05)均有显著性差异.

Abstract:This paper describes the importance of the nutrition support to the of cardiac surgical operation and the recovery of the operated patients, which was based on the observations of 21 open heart operation patients. The nutrition support was divided into 3 stages according to the different satges after the operation and the condition of complications. Abundant and rational energy, proteins, electrolyte and fluid were supplied during distinct stage for 7-10 days, the patients generally had positive nitrogen balance and gained body weight (about 1. 2kg). Meanwhile, the concentration of plasma proteins, the ratio of albumin to globulin and the amount of hemoglobin all increased significantly (P<0.01, < 0.01 and < 0.05, respectively).
