摘    要:用HNO_3—HCIO_4或HNO_3—HCIO_4—H_2O_2体系进行样品处理后,以空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定人体结石中之铜、铁、锌和镁。该法快速、简便,精密度较高,回收率也较为理想。检测了样品溶液中各种其它有关离子的干扰,发现干扰是轻微的。本法与其它相关技术结合,在定量评估结晶态、特别是人体结石实验室分析检测上具有应用的可行性。

Abstract:Copper, iron, zinc and magnesium in human biliary, kidney, bladder calculi were determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. As pretreatment, the samples were digested in HNO_3-HCIO_4 or HNO_3-HClO_4-H_2O_2 system before ensuing of spectrum analysis. Through assaying, this method was proved to be rapid & simple, quite fine and exact in precision, and its recovery rates quite satisfactory too. The interferences of various other related ions contained in the sample solutions were also examined and tested and found to be slight, The authors lay strong emphasis upon the feasibility of application of this method (in connection with other techniques) in quantitative assessment of crystalline phases, especially in laboratory analytical assaying of human calculi.
