摘    要:目的 探讨个体化健康教育对深度烧伤患者生活质量的影响.方法 将116例深度烧伤患者随机分为研究组(58例)和对照组(58例),对照组给予常规的治疗和护理,研究组在常规的治疗和护理的基础上,进行个体化健康教育.使用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)分别于入院时及出院时对烧伤患者生活质量进行评定.结果 出院时研究组躯体功能维度、心理功能维度评分高于对照组(p<0.01);研究组进行自身前后对照,躯体功能维度、心理功能维度、社会功能维度及生活质量总分的差别有统计学意义(p<0.01),出院时评分显著高于入院时评分;而对照组入院时及出院时评分差别无统计学意义(p>0.05).结论 个体化健康教育可提高深度烧伤患者的生活质量.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of individual health education on quality of life in patients with deep burn.Methods: 116 patients with deep burn were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(58 cases) accepted routine treatment and cares,while the experiment group(58 cases) adopted individual health education based on above measures.GQOLI-74 was used to evaluate the effects when admission and discharged.Results: The scores of physical and psychological function latitudes were higher in experimental group than those in control group when discharged(p<0.01).The experimental group's scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,and total sores of quality of life were higher when discharged than those when admission(p<0.01);while the control group had no differences in such variables when discharged(p>0.05).Conclusion: Individual health education can improve the quality of life for patients with deep burn.
