| 摘 要： | 目的探讨红点黄本对初中生远视力的保护作用，为预防近视积累资料。方法整群抽取初一学生246名为试验组，206名为对照组，前瞻追踪观察2a，观察指标为受试者的双眼远视力。结果试验组远视力下降1至4行者(“正常”下降)占72．4％，对照组为56．5％；试验组下降4行以上者(“异常”下降)占3．4％，对照组为18．5％。试验组右眼下降行数均值较对照组减少了27．74％，左眼则减少了21．91％。结论红点黄本对初中学生的远视力保护效果较好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects of the yellow paper added tens of red dots (YPRD) and the yellow paper (YP) on myopia of Junior middle school students,and to collect information for preventing myopia. Methods A cluster sampling of 246 students were taken as experimental group ( EG), and 206 were taken as control group (CG). Two years' following-up study was conducted to survey their distance vision (DV). Results In EG, 72. 4% students' DV decreased below 4 lines and 56.5% in CG. About 3.4% in EG and 18.5% in CG decreased more than 4 lines. Compared with CG, the descent of DV for right eyes was cut down by 27.74% in EG, and 21.91% for left eyes. Conclusion YPRD have good impacts on junior students' DV protection. |
