摘    要:[目的]探讨视屏显示终端(VDT)作业中存在的职业危害及预防对策。[方法]对作业场所一般情况进行卫生学调查。测定作业场所有害因素和微小气候,对VDT作业者发放问卷,进行健康监护。[结果]VDT作业场所气流平均低于正常要求的50%左右。每小时换气次数只达到规定要求的一半,二氧化碳浓度相对偏高,臭氧含量显著偏低;大部分VDT作业者有头痛头晕、手臂颈肩疼痛感,视力和记忆力下降,易患感冒,女性VDT作业者月经不规则、妊娠受损害的主诉率较高;VDT作业者免疫球蛋白和白细胞数低于正常正常比率分别为41.86%、25.58%。[结论]VDF作业中的职业危害源于多因素的综合效应,主要影响到人体免疫系统,神经系统和女性生殖系统,必须采取相应的预防措施。

Abstract:[Objective]To discover the occupational harm in VDT work and the relative preventive countermeasures. [Method] Hygienic survey was made in working place to determine the harmful elements and micro climate in it. Asked VDT workers to fill in a questionnaire. [Result] The air current in the working place is lower than the normal demand by 50% ; Air changing times reached only half of the formulation; density of C02 is relatively high; ozone content is significantly low. Most of the workers are dizzy, shoulder achesi eyesight and memory are getting worse, liable to cold. . Female workers suffer from disordered menstruation and pregnant damages. VDT workers' immunoglobulin and white blood cell number are lower respectively by 41.86% and 25.58% than the normal number. [Conclusion]The VDT damages are originated from various elements, it affects mainly body' s immune system, nervous system and female' s reproduce system. Effective methods must be taken to deal with it.
