| 摘 要： | 目的观察静脉注射胺碘酮治疗老年人充血性心力衰竭并发室性心动过速的有效性及安全性.方法对38例老年人充血性心力衰竭并发室性心动过速患者给以静注胺碘酮治疗,并以治疗前后描记心电图,测定LVEF和LVDd.结果30例病人室速转为窦律,左室射血分数增加,9例发生不良反应,总有效率为78.9%,不良反应率23.7%,无心功能恶化.结论静脉注射胺碘酮治疗老年人充血性心力衰竭并发室速安全有效.转复律高,起效快.

| Abstract: | Obiective To investigate the effect and saty of amiodarone on aging congestive heart failure with ventricular tachycardia.Methods The 38 cases of heart failure with ventricular tachy cardia（vt）were given treatment by injection of Amiodarone.The electrocardiogram（ECT）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,and left ventricular diastolic diameter（LVDd）were determined before and after treatmtnt.Results The rhythm of cardia in 30 heart failure patients with VT turned into sinus rhythm and LVEF increased.The efficiency was 78.9%,there was side effects in 9 patients,The ratio of side effect of amiodarone was 23.7%.Conclusion The treatment of amiodarone was safe and effective for heart faihure patients with VT. |
