结血蒿醇提物对小鼠脾细胞增殖和活化的抑制作用

目的：观察藏药结血蒿75%乙醇提取物对体外丝裂原刀豆蛋白A（Concanavalin A,ConA）刺激的小鼠脾细胞活化和增殖的抑制作用.方法：用Con A刺激小鼠脾细胞,分别用四甲基偶氮唑盐染色法（MTT 法）,流式细胞术等方法观察结血蒿醇提物对细胞增殖和活化的作用.结果：结血蒿醇提物对体外Con A刺激的小鼠脾细胞的增殖和活化均有显著的抑制,作用呈剂量依赖性.结论：结血蒿醇提物可抑制C0n A刺激的小鼠脾细胞的增殖和活化,提示其具有免疫抑制活性.

Inhibition of Proliferation and Activation of Spleen cells of Mice by Ethanol Extract from Artemisia Vestita

Objective To examine the inhibitory effect of 75% ethanol extract from aerial parts of Artemisia vestita,a traditional Tibetan medicine, on the proliferation and activation of mouse spleen cells activated with concanavalin A (Con A). Method To activate spleen cells of mice with Con A in vitro and then observe the effect of the ethanol extract on the proliferation and activation of the cells by the method of MTT, CFSE and flow cytometric analysis. Results The ethanol extract from Artemisia vestita can remarkably inhibit the proliferation and activation of spleen cells activated by Con in vitro and its effect depends on dosages. Conclusion The ethanol extract from Artemisia vestita is able to exert inhibitory effect on the proliferation and activation of spleen cells activated by Con A, implying that this traditional Tibetan medicine has an immunosuppressive activity?
