头孢唑啉的辐射防护作用及其机制的研究

摘    要:头孢唑啉(先锋霉素V)是临床上常用的抗生素。本文对头孢唑啉的辐射防护作用及其作用机制进行了研究。头孢唑啉能清除OH~.和O~2自由基,照前腹腔给药对小鼠造血组织有保护作用,对小鼠照后30d活存率也有一定的防护效果。

Abstract:Gephazolin is a generally used antibiotic. Its toxicity and side effects are small, and the safety margin is wide. There are many reports on the application of antibiotics in the treatment of acute radiation sickness, but only a few on their radioprotective effect. Cephazolin has a bivalent sulphur atom, which is closely related to the action of scavenging free radicals and radioprotection. In this paper, the antiradiation effect and the mechanisms of action of cephazolin are reported. Gephazolin can scavenge OH and protect about 21.3% in the tryptophan solution irradiated in vitro, scavenge O_2~- by 16.6% in the xanthine and xanthine oxidase solution. Gephazolin protects hematopoietic tissues from radiation injury, increases significantly the GFUs of spleen and DNA of bone marrow, which are 3.07-fold and 1.22-fold respectively over the controls. Cephazolin increases the 30-day survival by 31.7% in the irradiated mice.
