双棉签拇指重叠按压法在静脉采血后的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨双棉签拇指重叠按压法在静脉采血拔针后按压止血的效果。方法:将360例体检者按采血日期先后分为观察组1(双棉签拇指重叠按压法)、观察组2(双棉签交换按压法)、常规组(单棉签交换按压法)3组,每组各120例。观察各组局部发生疼痛、皮肤出血及皮下出血等情况。结果:3组局部发生疼痛、皮肤出血及皮下出血等情况经χ^2比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:双棉签拇指重叠按压法、双棉签交换按压法按压止血效果优于单棉签交换按压法,并可显著降低采血后局部疼痛的发生率,其中双棉签拇指重叠按压法护理效果更佳。

Abstract:Objective:Discuss the effect of pressing the thumb overlapping pairs of cotton swab after the venous blood sampling.Methods:A sample of 360 healthy subjects,based on the order of precedence for blood collection,were divided into 3 observation groups,including experimental group1(overlapping pressing a pair of cotton swab with thumb),experi-mental group 2(alternate pressing a pair of cotton swab with thumb)and the conventional control group(alternately press-ing one cotton with thumb),with 120 subjects in each group.Observe the aches and pains,cutaneous hemorrhage and sub-cutaneous hemorrhage in each group.Results:By χ^2,the difference among the 3 groups shows statistical significance(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion:Overlapping and alternate pressing a pair of cotton swab with thumb are more effective in hemostasis than alternately pressing one cotton with thumb,and they can significantly lower the possibility of triggering local pain after the venous blood sampling.Overlapping pressing a pair of cotton swab with thumb is the best remedy in par-ticular.
