硅橡胶堵塞兔输卵管对其上皮细胞超微结构的影响

摘    要:本文观察成年雌兔输卵管经硅橡胶堵塞6~17月后上皮细胞超微结构的变化,结果显示细胞完整。柱状上皮细胞高度变低、顶端压扁、排列不整齐,分泌颗粒、高尔基复合体、微管等减少,空泡增多,线粒体肿胀,个别切片上观察到溶酶体。去除输卵管内硅橡胶3个月后,上皮细胞内细胞器增多,可见许多大小不一的分泌颗粒,分泌细胞顶端突出管腔并有分泌物排出,仅个别切片上仍有肿胀的线粒体。结果表明上海研制的单组份硅橡胶材料堵塞兔输卵管后,对上皮细胞超微结构仅有轻度的暂时性影响,去除硅橡胶后3个月,上皮细胞的功能形态有明显恢复。

Abstract:In this paper the changes of ultrastructure of mucosal cells of fallopian tube after occlusion for 6~17 months were investigated. The results are as follows.On electron microscopic observation on longitudinal section of fallopian tube, the structure of the epithelium of occluded side appeared intact, and the boundary of the cell member and nuclei was distinct. However, the columnar epithelial cell was lower than the normal, and the apex of the cell was flattened and irregular in its arrangement. There was also evidence that in the cell the amount of granules, Golgi complexes and microtubes were decreased, but the number of vacuoles increased, and themitochondria expanded, and sometimes the lysosomes could be found in a few slides.3 months after removal of the silicone rubber from the inside of the fallopian tube, the secretory granules in the cell were increased, the apex of the epithelium extruded in to the lumen and discharged its secretion. Few expanded mitochrondria could still be seen, the spine became shorter or looked like a vacuole with evidently weaker electro-density. It is concluded that long term occlusion of rabbit fallopian tube by China made silicone rubber may exert a slight temporary effect on the ultrastructure of the epithelium, and there exists a recovery tendency after the removal of the silicone rubber.
