娱乐场所性病艾滋病高危行为干预效果评价

目的评价娱乐场所服务人员性病艾滋病行为干预效果,为探讨适合本地实际的有效干预模式提供依据。方法对娱乐场所服务人员开展防病知识宣传、安全套推广等综合干预措施,以不记名、逐一访谈方式,在干预前后进行2次问卷调查,对干预效果分析评价。结果娱乐场所服务人员性病艾滋病相关知识的总正确知晓率由干预前的67.2%上升到76.5%;使用安全套预防性病艾滋病的信念和态度有明显改变;最近一次商业性行为中,用套率由85.6%上升到87.8%;呈现出对卫生部门发放防病小册子、医务人员宣传、性病规范诊治等卫生服务需求的加强。结论通过行为干预策略的实施,探索切合实际的娱乐场所行为干预模式非常重要而紧迫。

Evaluation of Behavioral Intervention of STD/AIDS in Entertainment Establishments

OBJECTIVE To evaluation the behavioral intervention of STD/AIDS among the female sex workers (FSWs)in entertainment establishments,so as to provide the basis for finding local effective intervention modes. METHODS Intervention measures were conducted such as introduction of AIDS knowledge and promotion of condom use by face to face questionnaires among FSWs one by one. Surveys were conducted before and after intervention separately. RESULTS The average rate of the awareness on STD symptoms and AIDS knowledge was increased from 67.2% to 76.5%. Changes were happened in attitude and confidence against prevention of AIDS by using condom. The reported condom use rate at the last sex with clients was increased from 85.6% to 87.8% showing the enhancing of service request to obtain brochures from health authorities,introduction from professional medical personnel and normative treatment and care from medical affairs. CONCLUSION It is important and pressing to find suitable intervention modes against entertainment establishments through implementation of behavioral intervention policy.
