子午流注纳支法针刺十三鬼穴治疗躁狂症的随机对照临床研究

目的:观察时间因素对十三鬼穴治疗躁狂症疗效的影响作用。方法:将符合CCMD-3躁狂发作诊断标准的33例患者随机分为子午流注纳支法针刺十三鬼穴组、药物治疗组和常规十三鬼穴针刺组,10日为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。于治疗前及治疗后使用躁狂量表(BRMS)、大体评定量表(GAS)及病情严重度量表(CGI-SI)进行评定。结果:临床疗效总有效率子午流注纳支法针刺组88.89%,药物治疗组81.82%,常规针刺组76.92%,经统计学分析,子午流注纳支法针刺十三鬼穴组和药物治疗组疗效相当,且优于常规针刺组。各组治疗前后BRMS评分存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注纳支法针刺十三鬼穴法在临床治疗方面存在较好的疗效。

A Comparative Study of the Time Factor to Shi San Gui Xue in the Treatment of Mania

Objective：To compare the efficacy of the time factor to Shi San Gui Xue in the treatment of mania. Methods：Thirty-three patients meeting the criteria of CCMD-3 for mania were randomly assigned to the time Shi San Gui Xue group、the medicine group and the normal group.A period of treatment is ten days,Observing curative effect after three treatments.Clinical efficacy was evaluated with Beth-Rafael sen mania rating scale （BRMS）.Results：The improvement rate in the time Shi San Gui Xue group was 88.89 % and that in the medicine group was 81.82% and that in the normal group was 76.92%.No significant difference was found in the time Shi San Gui Xue group and the medicine group.And significant difference was found in the BRMS.Conclusion：the time factor to Shi San Gui Xue in the treatment of mania is an effective and safe method.
