| 摘 要： | 目的:研究二至丸对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠CAT、GSH-PX含量的影响,以探讨其延缓衰老的机理。方法:D-半乳糖复制大鼠衰老模型,观察其CAT、GSH-PX含量及二至丸对其影响。结果:二至丸各治疗组均对CAT、GSH-PX含量有一定影响,表现为升高二者的含量。结论:二至丸延缓衰老作用的发挥可能与其升高CAT和GSH-PX含量相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the function of Erzhi Pill with the targets of CAT and GSH-PX on aging rats induced by D-galactose.Methods: Sub-acute rat of senility made by D-galactose as experimental model,observe the function of Erzhi Pill on CAT and GSH-PX.Results: Each group of Erzhi Pill has the functions of affecting CAT and GSH-PX,which can improve the capacity of them.Conclusions: The mechanism of delaying aging of Erzhi Pill might be relevant to improve the capacity of CAT and GSH-PX. |
