| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨近视性屈光不正中脉络膜厚度的变化。方法：分析60例近视患者的屈光度和脉络膜厚度的变化。结果：随着屈光度的增加，脉络膜逐渐变薄；但是，中低度近视组相对于眼轴长的变化率比高度组更大一些。结论：近视患者脉络膜厚度的分析有助于判断近视性屈光不正的病变程度及有无合并其他眼底病变。脉络膜厚度的变化常早于视野和视网膜出现形态学异常。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study changes of choroidal thickness in myopia. Methods: The diopter and choroidal thic kness in 60 cases (120 eyes) with myopia were measured and analyzed. Results: With the diopter increasing,the choridal thickness was decreased.The ratio of choroidal thickness to axis length was higher in group with medium myopia and low myopia than that in group with high myopia. Conclusion: The analysis of choroidal thickness in myopia may have helped to judge the degree of conditions and complicated fundus diseases.The changes of choroidal thickness occur early than that of visual field and retinal morphology. |
