对照病理探讨MRI在子宫腺肌症及子宫肌瘤的鉴别诊断中的价值

目的：分析子宫腺肌症及子宫肌瘤的MRI表现特点与区别,提高两者诊断与鉴别诊断的能力。方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实的18例子宫腺肌症和27例子宫平滑肌瘤患者的MRI资料,分析两者MRI信号、形态、边界及与子宫结合带的关系。结果：子宫腺肌症及子宫肌瘤MRI信号、形态、边界及与子宫结合带的关系方面存在较大差异。结论：子宫腺肌症及子宫肌瘤MRI表现存在差异,MRI在两者诊断与鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。

Comparative pathology of MRI in the differential diagnosis of adenomyosis and uterine fibroids in value

Objective：Analysis of MRI features and differences between adenomyosis and uterine fibroids, improve the ability of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the two.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the MRI data of 18 patients with adenomyosis confirmed by operation and pathology and 27 cases of uterine leiomyoma patients, analysis of both MRI signal, shape, boundary and uterus with relationship.Result： There are great ditterences in adenomyosis and uterine fibroids MRI signal, shape, boundary and uterus with relationship.Conclusion：There exists difference of adennmyosis and uterine fibroids MRI, MRI has important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
