| 摘 要： | 目的 分析研究Basal-link乳腺癌的临床特点.方法 回顾性分析12例Basal-link乳腺癌病人的临床资料,对12例患者的年龄、病史、手术方法、术后治疗以及预后进行分析.结果 Basal-link乳腺癌中位年龄32岁,有3例1年半内死亡（占12例的25%）;9例出现转移或复发（占12例的75%）,在术后1～2年间.结论 Basal-link乳腺癌是复发转移快,死亡率高,治疗手段有限的恶性肿瘤.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical features in patients with Basal-link breast cancer. Methods Retrospective review of clinical information of 12 patients with Basal-link breast cancer was performed. The age, medical history, surgical methods, and postoperative treatment outcomes in 12 patients were analyzed. Results 12 cases of patients with Basal-link breast cancer had a mediate age of 32 years old, 3 cases of them （25%） were died in one and half year, 9 cases of them （75%） were found transference or recurrence within 1 to 2 years. Conclusion Basal-link breast cancer was a highly malignant cancer and recurrence, transference to be quick, high mortality, and medical treatment limited. |
