我院药品不良反应180例分析

目的分析我院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生情况及特点，促进我院安全、有效、合理用药。方法对我院2006～2011年上报的180例ADR报告资料进行分类统计和分析。结果180例ADR中，女性ADR的发生率高于男性，男女发生ADR比例为1：2．05；多发于60岁以上的老年人，占23.89％；引发ADR给药方式以静脉给药为主，占82.22％。ADR涉及的药物品种中，居首位的是抗茵药物88例，占48．88％，其中头孢菌素类药物发生例数为30例，占抗菌药物发生例数的34．09％。ADR涉及的器官或系统以皮肤及其附件为主，占57．78％。结论加强合理用药教育，提高医务人员上报ADR的积极性和主动性，确保临床用药安全、有效、经济。

Analysis of 180 cases of adverse drug reaction in our Hospital

ADR involved organ or system to the skin and its annexes, accounting for 57.78%. Conclusion Rational use of drugs to enhance education, improve the medical staff to report ADR＇s enthusiasm and initiative, to ensure the safety of clinical medicine, effective and economical.
