疏清颗粒对EV71的体外抗病毒研究

摘    要:目的 观察疏清颗粒体外抗肠道病毒71型(EV71)作用,为临床治疗EV71感染提供理论依据.方法 观察EV71病毒感染人横纹肌肉瘤细胞(RD细胞)后引起的细胞病变效应(CPE),并用MTT法测定疏清颗粒对EV71的抑制作用,同时以板蓝根颗粒作为阳性对照药物.结果 疏清颗粒能明显抑制EV71引起的细胞病变效应(CPE),疏清颗粒及板蓝根颗粒抑制EV71增殖的半数有效浓度(IC50)分别为(0.136±0.022)和(0.199±0.016)g·L-1.结论 与板蓝根颗粒组相比,疏清颗粒在体外能明显的抑制EV71增殖,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),为进行临床治疗EV71感染引起的手足口病提供新方法.

Abstract:Objective This study aims to evaluate the inhibitory effects ofShu Qing granules against entervirus 71 in vitro and find an effective Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of the virus infection. Methods Under the observation of cytopathic effect (CPE) in RD cells induced by enterovirus 71,we investigated viral inhibition rate with MTT colorimetric assay, Ban Lan Gen granules was used as positive control. Results Shu Qing granules could effectively inhibit CPE induced by enterovirus 71. The inhibition of endogenous multiplication of Shu Qing granules and banlangen granules against enterovirus 71 were observed. And the medium effective concentration from both medicine were(0.136 ± 0.022), (0.199 ± 0.016)g·L^-1 ,respectively. Conclusion Comparing with Ban Lan Gen granules, Shu Qing granules showed more remarkable inhibition effect on EV71(P〈0. 05), and provides a new effective method for clinical treatment of enterovirus 71.
