温针灸配合茯苓汤治疗肩周炎49例

目的观察温针灸配合茯苓汤内服治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月-2012年7月来本院就诊的肩周炎患者49例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组25例，对照组24例。治疗组采用温针灸配合茯苓汤内服的方法治疗，对照组仅采用温针灸的方法治疗，比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈17例，总有效率为96％，对照组治愈12例，总有效率为87．5％，2组治疗结果比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组复发率为5．9％，对照组复发率为16.7％，治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。结论温针灸配合茯苓汤内服治疗肩周炎临床效果显著，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

49 Cases with Warm Needing and Poria Decoction in Treating Periarthritis of Shoulder

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion Poria Decoction in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 49 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in 2010 March - 2012 year in July were selected in our hospital patients, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in treatment group, 24 cases in the control group. Treatment group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Fuling decoction, the control group use only the method of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, the efficacy was compared between two groups. Results The treatment group cured 17 cases, the total effective rate was 96%, the control group cured 12 cases, the total effective rate was 87.5 %, compared with two group of treatment results, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05） ; for the treatment group the recurrence rate was 5.9 %, the relapse rate of the control group was 16.7 %, the relapse rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion clinical effect of Poria Decoction in treating periarthritis of shoulder is significant, and low recurrence rate.
