运脾化浊推拿法治疗痰浊阻滞型痛风高尿酸血症60例

摘    要:目的观察运脾化浊推拿法治疗痛风高尿酸血症(痰浊阻滞型)的临床疗效和安全性。方法运用运脾化浊推拿法(包括摩全腹法、大鱼际环揉全腹法、拿揉腹直肌法、三指揉丹田法、点穴法等)治疗60例痛风高尿酸血症(痰浊阻滞型)。结果血尿酸值治疗前(508.00±89.12),治疗后(386.17±67.89),治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功常规各项指标治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义。结论运脾化浊法治疗痛风高尿酸血症疗效确切,安全可靠。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of Yunpi Huazhuo Massage therapy for gout with hyper- uricemia(turbid phlegm blockage).Methods Sixty patients with gout of phlegm turbidity block were treated with Yunpi Huazhuo Massage(such as massage the abdomen, kneadaround with thenar eminence, chiropractics on rectus abdominis, Tris - digital massage on pubic region, digital acupoint pressure, etc). Results The therapy was effective, for the blood uric score was (508.00 ±89.12) before the treatment, and after a period of treatment the score become to (386.17 ±67.89).Compared with the effect of treatment, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). However, Compared with the score of blood routine, urine routine, liver function and renal function before and after treatment, which was too little to illustrate statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of Yunpi Huazhuo Massage therapy for gout with hyperuricemia is obviously efficient and safety.
