紫草素对胶原诱导关节炎的药效学研究

目的：研究紫草素对胶原诱导的关节炎（collageninducedarthritis，CIA）小鼠的疗效。方法：将紫草素高低两种剂量给CIA小鼠灌胃，连用30天，对小鼠一般状态进行观察，用关节炎评分评估CIA小鼠关节炎病情；小鼠足测量仪检测关节肿胀程度；组织学染色评价膝关节的软骨和骨破坏。结果：紫草素高剂量组与对照组相比，可以降低CIA小鼠的关节炎评分，阻止病理学进展；延缓CIA小鼠体重下降程度，降低后爪肿胀程度。结论：紫草素能够有效控制CIA小鼠的炎症进展，阻止骨质破坏，免疫抑制作用可能是其治疗胶原诱导的关节炎的机制。

Pharmacodynamic Study of the Efficacy of Shikonin on Collagen - induced Arthritis

Objective： To study the efficacy of Shikonin on collagen -induced arthritis（CIA）. Methods： Shiko- nin was given to CIA orally at two different concentrations for 30 days, and general conditions of mice were ob- served and the arthritis response was monitored visually. Joint swelling was measured by micrometer measure- ments of mice. Histology of knee was used to assess the occurrence of cartilage destruction and bone erosion. Results： A pronounced amelioration of macroscopic score and cartilage destruction were found in mice treated with Shikonin of high dose, and weight loss and swelling of hind paws were delayed with shikonin of high dose when compared with controls. Conclusion ： Inflammation of CIA and bone destruction is delayed, which proves Shikonin exerts its treatment effects on CIA through the immunosuppression.
