| 摘 要： | 通过开发“住院患者医技检查网络化预约平台”实现流程再造，从而提高了工作效率，医技检查病人健康教育及检查前准备到位率达到100％，病人在医技科室等候时间较前缩短45分钟，改善了诊疗秩序，提高了病人满意度。病人医技检查流程再造体现了医院流程管理由粗放型向科学型、精细型、信息型的转变。

| Abstract: | Process reengineering was realized by the development of ＂Online Medical Examination Appointment Platform for Inpatients＂. It improved the work efficiency, diagnosis and treatment order, and patient satisfaction. As a result, both health education rate and pre-examination preparation rate reached 100% respectively and the waiting time for medical examination was shortened by 45 minutes. Medical examination process reengineering represents a shift from loose process management to scientific, meticulous and informatics process management in hospital. |
