金匮肾气丸改善老年肾气虚证的临床观察

目的 观察金匮肾气丸对老年肾气虚证患者的临床症状及生活质量的影响.方法 选取2011年10月-2012年12月在我院住院的肾气虚证患者90例,所有患者按完全随机原则,分为对照组44例和治疗组46例,对照组药用六味地黄丸治疗,治疗组药用金匮肾气丸治疗,采用组间对照方法,观察治疗前后症状及生活质量改善情况.结果 治疗1个月后,与对照组疗效比较,治疗组能改善患者的肾气虚症状,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;与对照组生活质量改善比较,治疗组能改善生活质量,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;结论金匮肾气丸能明显改善肾气虚患者的临床症状,同时能提高患者的生活质量.

The clinical observation of Jinkui Shenqi Pill improving the elderly kidney deficiency syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical symptoms and quality of life influences of Jinkui Shenqi Pill on the elderly patients with kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods Choose 90 cases of patients with kidney deficiency syndrome from January 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital, all of the patients, based on the principles of completely random, were divided into control group and treatment group, and 44 cases in the control group, 46 cases in the treatment group, the control group was treated with liuwei dihuang pill and the treatment group was treated with Jinkui Shenqi Pill, used the comparison method between groups, observed before and after treatment symptoms and improved quality of life. Results After 1 month of therapy, compared with conta＇ol group effect, the treatment group could improve the symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency, the significant difference between them, and there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）; compared with life quality of control group, the treatment group could improve life quality, the significant difference between them, and there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）; Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi Pill can obviously improve clinical symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency, and can improve the quality of life of patients at the same time.
